On behalf of the Canadian Association of Paediatric Health Centres (CAPHC), our 2012 Conference Planning Committee and our BC Children's Hospital and Sunny Hill Health Centre hosts, it is our pleasure to welcome you to beautiful Vancouver, BC and to CAPHC’s 2012 Annual Conference - “Insight into Child & Youth Healthcare:  Improving System Performance using Information, Integration and Innovation”.

We all believe in the future of our country and in the health and well-being of our children and youth. As healthcare providers and leaders, policy and decision makers and consumers, we have a shared obligation to ensure a solid and healthy future for all children and youth as they transition to adulthood.  This year’s Annual Conference will welcome nationally renown health care advocates and many content experts who will lead and deliver highly relevant and thought provoking sessions that will address both the challenges and opportunities of  our changing times.  

All sessions will be population focused and are being planned to ensure a “value add” for all our delegates!

Our 2012 exhibits and poster sessions will be presented at the beautiful Westin Bayshore Hotel and Conference Centre and will be bigger and better than ever! This year’s conference facility will provide a spacious venue and opportunity for all delegates to network and showcase innovative research and health service delivery initiatives.
